Q: Are all of your handbags leather?

Most of the JULE fashion handbags are constructed of fabric or a very high quality PVC. PVC is a synthetic material called Polyvinyl chloride, commonly abbreviated PVC. A JULE Stylist can provide full information on each bag in the store.

Q: I have metal allergies, what items can I wear?

A:

Ask a JULE Stylist for help. Most designer jewelry is sterling silver or 18 – 24 caret gold plated. Additionally, JULE offers an extensive collection of sterling silver fashion jewelry.

Q: Do you carry clip earrings?

A:

JULE offers a small collection of clip earrings. Additionally, most traditional earrings can be converted to clip earrings for a small fee. Several gold and silver styles are ideal for converting to clip earrings. A JULE Stylist will be able to assist you with your selection.

Q: Can I special order an item you don’t currently have available in store?

A:

Absolutely, assuming the item is currently available from the designer a JULE Stylist would be happy to assist you. Each special order item MUST BE paid for in-full and in-advance. Special order items may not be returned. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the particular designer.

Q: When will I be able to order from your website?

A:

Ordering product from the site is not available at this time.

Q: What is your return policy?

JULE RETURN POLICY

• Returns for refund or exchange accepted within 14 days of purchase.

• An original receipt must accompany every return or exchange.

• Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached.

• Refunds will be processed in the exact manner in which the purchase was paid.

• There is a waiting period of 5 business days from date of purchase for refund of purchase paid by check. Refund will arrive in the form of a check from our Home Office. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

• Returns will not be processed without the original receipt or proper identification.

• All clearance Sales are FINAL.

Q: Does JULE offer gift cards?

Yes, JULE offers gift cards in any denomination.

Q: Can JULE Reward customers receive a discounts on gift cards?

A:

No, JULE gift cards are not eligible for the member 5% discount, new member signup discount or birthday discounts.

Q: Can I get cash back from my JULE GIFT CARD?

A:

No, JULE gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Q: How can I find out how many points I’ve accumulated?

A:

Your JULE Reward points are listed on the bottom of your receipt. A JULE Stylist can also look up your balance at any time. Please note, Birthday Double points will be posted on a 30-day delay basis.

Q: When will I receive my JULE Rewards $10 gift certificates after I accumulate 200 point?

A:

You will receive your JULE Rewards certificate approximately 60 days after the month is which you reached the 200-point level. Reward certificates are mailed out the middle of the following months.

Q: What's my gift card balance?

A:

A JULE Stylist can look up your gift card balance in the store or when you call and provide a number located on the back of the card.

Q: Will I receive my JULE Rewards 5% discount on JULE gift card purchases?

A:

No, JULE gift cards are not eligible for any type of discount or price reduction.

SALES & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Q: Can I combine multiple offers together like a special offers, coupons and discounts?

A:

Most coupons, sales, discounts and offers cannot be combined together. Specific promotional guidelines are as follows:

• Buy 2 Get One Free Fashion Jewelry (B2G1) – B2G1cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. JULE REWARDS customers can receive their 5% discount off a B2G1 program, however additional discounts cannot be applied.
• 20% Birthday coupon – All coupons must be presented and surrendered at the time of the transaction. This coupon cannot be applied to already discounted merchandise or with other promotional offers. JULE Rewards customers will receive their 5% discount with this coupon.
• JULE REWARDS 5% off all purchases - JULE Rewards members will always receive their 5% discount; this can be combined with one additional offer or promotion. This discount cannot be combined with multiple discounts and offers. Not valid on Chamilia and Troll.
• $10 JULE REWARDS Gift Certificates - Certificates are earned each time JULE Rewards customers reach 200 points in their account. Rewards certificates cannot be combined with other offers or promotions (5% discount applicable). You can save up your $10 reward certificates to treat yourself to that great piece of jewelry or fabulous handbag. You earned it!
• JULE GIFT CARDS – Gift Cards can be used at anytime, with any promotion, and are applied as cash off the sales total. JULE Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• $5 JULE Welcome Certificates - Only one coupon may be redeemed per person, per visit, per day.

Q: How do I update my e-mail or postal mailing address?

You can update your e-mail or mailing address by contacting a JULE Stylist and providing your new information. Or you can email us at jule@shopjule.com with your full name, old email address and new email address and your current mailing address.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

Q: Why are the colors of your website so dark/bright on my screen?

A:

If you're having problems viewing the site, we recommend modifying your screen settings.

PC users: You can adjust your settings on the monitor to make the screen brighter. You can also improve the resolution by right clicking on the desktop and selecting preferences/properties. The resolution can be found under the settings tab. Use the slider bar to find a color that is good for you.Mac users: Click on the apple in the top left hand corner of your screen. Go to Control Panels/Monitors. In this area you can modify color depth, resolution, contrast, and brightness. We recommend your color depth be "millions of colors", and your resolution be 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768. If you need to modify contrast and brightness, adjust until the page appears how you want it on your screen. If you have the Mac version of Internet Explorer 5 or greater, you can also enlarge the type on your screen. Do this by using the command (apple) and plus/minus keys.
